Our training: Are you up for a challange?

Our boxing team trains out of the Round Lake Park District. We are in one of the best state of the art facilities in Lake County. They have cameras, plenty of free parking, great staff, swimming pools, a huge forest to go run with great paths. We train like champions and use all of the best available resources. Check us out at 2004 Municipal Way Round Lake Beach.  Monday-Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 - 7:45PM

Facility 1. Training on our core

Our main objective is to stay fit and always be on top of our game, so we teach our boxers to watch their diet and prepare properly by running 5 miles a day.

It is up to the boxer how far he/she wants to go in this very tough sport. If the boxer puts in the time, the results will be incredible.

We have other types of exercises to keep everyone engaged and active. We want everyone to succeed!

Facility 2. When it snows, we run stairs and jump rope for our footwork.

The winters can be long and brutal, so we run inside in a 60,000 sq ft state of the art facility. As you can see, we take this serious and if you think that you can do this, I welcome you.

We are a wellness and fitness boxing program.

Our Mission: The program focuses on "building champions outside the ring" by combining boxing techniques with mental wellness, discipline, and mentorship.

Vison: We want to provide everyone with the tools and knowledge to be self-sufficient in life

Values: Our core values are Commitment, Discipline and Respect

Achievements: The gym has produced multiple Silver Gloves champions and a Golden Gloves champion.

Location: The club historically operates out of the Round Lake Area Sports Center

Our youth Amateur and Professional boxing program is focused on increasing education participation, trades, enhancement in their sport, and better positioning for their own individual growth.

Our Boxing program has been involved in the community for over 17 years and our professional organization over 12 years.

Since 2009 we have helped over 13,500 youth with interventions that have helped them improve their quality of life.

We have also helped over 56 Champions in the professionals improve their economic situation, and 8 of them have gone to capture world titles and one of them landed a movie role in a major movie in the last 12 years.

Our amateur program reduced recidivism among young at-risk youth and truancy in the last 17 years.

We work with Probation, School Counselors and other centers of influence to help reduce recidivism and truancy.
